Wonderful quick experience. Knew what I wanted and had contacted them prior to coming in after another dealer didn’t give me as much as I wanted for my trade in. They said they could offer me more. We went in at 6pm and by 8pm we’re headed home with our new Buick Enclave. Low pressure, no hassle. Only complaint is and I know it was close to closing time I wish the interior was detailed a bit more. The floor mats were vacuumed and put in but the following day I had to vacumn it as there was quite a bit of dirt underneath the mats. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars.
I brought my 2024 Buick Envision in for repairs after a car accident. Matt Borque and the service team was a pleasure to deal with. I was promptly shuttles to Hertz rental by the nicest lady who made sure my experience was complete. I highly recommend Banks for super service

He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product line. Highly recommended this dealership. Just stopped in banks again for another oil change and as always, they are very efficient polite, friendly I enjoy the free coffee while I wait and I am still completely amazed at how clean the bathrooms are at this dealership and the whole dealership for that matter!
