coming up on 1 year anniversary of certified used truck purchase. The buying process was A+. Recently, I had a mechanical issue with my truck and needed it towed to the dealership. Not ideal, but it happens. Banks and GM took care me. I received a loaner to use while my truck was being worked on. The service was thorough and communication was top notch! seriously! I appreciate everyone who works there. from the time you pull in till you leave they treat you with courtesy and respect.

Having our service on our GMC suv was a very pleasant experience. They took the vehicle right off. One thing that's nice about the building it is very clean. They also have a snack bar for our convenience, thank you Banks. We made an appointment and the company was on time, we were there for only an hour. That was great. We will come back again the service was great.

Easy to deal with and communicate with letting me know what was found and I needed was right on
I took my car in to have the washer reservoir replaced. They called after looking to be sure that is what the issue was and to see if any other parts were needed. They called with the cost. When they called back to say the car was ready the price was actually lower than the estimate I was quoted.
