Had an issue with my stabi-track and power steering so I called to make an appointment to get my care in and the assessed the problem and found out it was just a wheel bearing and everything else was okay.They could have told me it was a lot worse and I wouldn’t have known any different. The repair was done one time and the car is riding great.

Marc in Basic Care Service is always very courteous and knowledgeable on the services provided. I called him with a problem I had and responded very positively and I was able to easily remedy the problem. The valet service is also excellent . I service both my cars at Banks! All in all, I always get tremendous service .

Due to my job constantly moving me around the world, I have had many experiences with dealerships. I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have had from start to finish. I found this vehicle (GMC Yukon XL) by using GMC’s inventory finder. I had about 10 different dealerships in my range I started to reach out to. Stephanie B. reached out and spoke briefly on the phone, but I asked her to follow up through email because I was busy with work. She was understanding and promptly reached out through email. Over a couple emails she gave me the information I needed and once I was ready to purchase she got me in touch with a sales person. Tim K. then reached out to me to finalize the deal. I was 500 miles away so I had to consider the flight up and drive back. Tim assured me that they would do their best to pick me up at the airport. 10 days later (day before Thanksgiving) I got the call that the Yukon arrived. My only chance to pick up the Yukon was that Friday or wait a month when I would be available again. I cannot express my gratitude for the assistance Tim gave me which was above and beyond what was expected from him. The only part of this experience that wasn’t the best was the wait for the vehicle. The dealership closed early the day it came in and the next day (Thursday) closed for Thanksgiving, so the required inspections were not able to be completed. Mr. Dave picked me up at the airport and Tim was able to get all the paperwork squared away pretty quick. I then had to wait over 3 hours for the vehicle to be ready. I put myself on a tight timeline and it was Black Friday. This was just a slight inconvenience, since the holiday made it understandable. Overall, I would highly recommend considering purchasing a vehicle from Banks. They worked tirelessly to make this process seamless for us, and Tim even reached out later to ensure my drive back home went safely. Just great people and great dealership!
Exceeded expectations. I had shopped at Banks and was not impressed, to big and I felt rushed. However, this time I was assigned to Tim K. An entirely different experience then ensued. Tim was knowledgeable, accompanied me on the test drive, answered all of my questions and then reviewed with me options for payment. The end result was I left with a new truck. Got a tour of the facility while waiting for the truck to be prepped. Nice job by the team.

Another amazing experience at Banks! I had Tim K. as my salesman and let’s just say when it comes to customer service Banks beat them all!!! This is my second truck bought from Banks and I knew Tim would be an awesome salesman when he said “let’s do this!” He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase and made sure he was very responsive in his responses to my questions. His approach was very laid back and he made sure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. No constant phone calls or emails. He knew I would reach out when I was ready to buy and it worked! We had a great experience with Banks Chevrolet. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Scott, who was more than happy to help us find the vehicle we wanted. We had gone to Quirks in Manchester a few months prior, and we did not have a good experience with Quirks. The sales woman was very pushy, leading us to walk out without choosing a vehicle. Scott listened to what we had to say. He did not try to push us into anything we did not want. Scott was very friendly and accommodating, taking his time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Due to our own limited schedule, the guys were able to accommodate us by having the vehicle ready on the following day as we requested last minute. We are very happy with our truck and I am glad we waited it out and chose Banks Chevrolet.

Convenience is where it is at! I was stressing before Thanksgiving about getting an oil change before our trip. My husband pulled in at 5:30 pm to Basic Care after work and they got us in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving! So convenient for working families!
