I brought my car in for a routine transmission service, however, since it was completed we are disappointed with the sound of our engine. There has been a lot of knocking and rough sounds, it is just not as smooth as we would like or have become accustomed to. I will be calling to have it checked. We thought we would give it a little time to see if it works its way through.

Having now purchased two vehicles from Banks, most recently this past Saturday, April 5th, my loyalty speaks volumes. My first GMC, purchased 12 years ago, served me well until I traded it in for my second. He patiently answered all our questions, even when my initial certainty about wanting a Metallic Silver Acadia AT4 shifted. This thoughtful gesture made the decision to choose the Denali effortless and sealed the deal. Although the exact color and options I desired weren't immediately available on your lot, Cooper efficiently located and secured the perfect vehicle for me in Augusta, ME. My wife & I were into Banks on 4/12/2025 just to browse at New GMC Acadia's, we had no official appointment or real intentions of getting into a new vehicle that day. We met Hanna McNeil; we were honest to her with stating we were just in the preliminary stages of shopping, Hanna was great and taking the time to sit with us to discuss what we were looking into, it was not the best weather that day as it was snowing, she took the time clean off the vehicles we were interested in so we could look them over, we found the car we liked and from there the process began, it had been 8yrs since purchasing our last Acadia, needless to say my wife & I were not in to reality of vehicle cost today, Hanna worked hours with us to get us to an agreement to purchase our new Acadia that day, I kept saying to her I apologize for taking her time as there were many other customers in the showroom that were looking to I'm sure purchase, as stated we were in sticker shock so it was time consuming to make it all work, Hanna was very professional always saying this is my job is to help get you in to your new ride and you're not wasting my time. Had a full Recon done on my car. Absolute perfection...felt like I had a brand new vehicle. There was pine tar on it that I thought would never come off....They worked some serious magic!!! Sparkling 5 star review!!

I went to Banks to find a used car within a certain budget...Kyle was my Salesman and Beau in financing were both great in helping me stay in that...I went to test drive what I thought I wanted and while I was out on my ride Kyle brought something out that he felt I would like and more comparable to what we were trading in..He was right and after test driving it was the perfect fit! The next steps were easier and less stressful then I ever experienced with buying a car...I will definitely be back when I am ready for another new car...Go to Banks, ask for Kyle and drive away with your dream car

I booked appointments for an oil change, sticker, tire rotation and a recall software upgrade. I was told it could take up to 3 hours, depending on the upgrade. It took less than 2hours. They applied some of my points. The visit cost was $0. Love this place

We did a lot of research on the trucks and market values. We were able to work out a deal with the sales team, with a price that worked for both parties. We worked with sales rep Andrew Dratch, great experience. We were there for over 6 hours and time flew by. Very easy to talk to. The sales manager was also very nice, Brennan. Really reasonable and respectful. The only downside of the whole experience was the man working in finance. Very standoffish and unapproachable. We would definitely recommend this dealership

Last year we purchased a used Chevrolet Equinox from Bank Chevrolet Cadillac Buick in Concord and it was a very positive experience. We love the car, it was in great shape, and our sales associate Keith Mello made it a very easy process. We will definitely come back here for our next car. The service department has also been excellent to work with over the past year for oil changes and state inspection.

Tanner helped me through an easy process. There was no upselling or pushing. I was upset because another dealer did exactly that and tanner and Banks mad eit a better experience. I came here, and was able to buy my truck with the same deal.

Banks Chevrolet in Concord NH is a great place for service. I recently had an oil change and milti-point service along with a state safety inspection and tire rotation. I just pulled in and got in line without an appointment and was out in just over an hour and a half. The staff were friendly and professional, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They even have a cafe inside for snacks and lunch to be purchased while waiting. I was in for tires and an oil change about 6 months ago. That time, we dropped the car off the night before by appointment and picked it up in the early morning. It was so easy to work with them; no problems, many brands of tires to choose from for competitive prices and very reasonable labor cost. They are a class act!
