Basic Care Center

Lube, Oil and Filter services, Tire Rotations, and State Inspections are done in Basic Care Center with NO appointment necessary. These services are performed on a “first come, first served” basis.

Please feel free to call (603) 229-4177 for estimated wait times, and to discuss which days of the week/month that tend to have shorter wait times.

We are now offering a pilot program, taking appointments for these services with limited availability. 

*Conditions apply to schedule an appointment and you must call and confirm details with a representative before your appointment request is set.

If you have a basic care appointment:

• Arrive 15 minutes early - your appointment time is calculated shop time, if you arrive too late we cannot accomodate your appointment and you will be transferred to walk-in service.
  
  
• Park your vehicle outside, somewhere in front of the building, do not enter the drive-thru lanes.
  
  
• Take a picture of your mileage, and bring your keys to the Basic Care desk. 
  
  
• Our standard car wash/vac is optional as that is not part of the time-appointed service
  
  
• Corvettes, vehicles over 10,000lbs, Dual Rear Wheel vehicles, and EVs are ineligible 

If the time you request is unavailable, or you meet a different exception, our walk-in basic care service is always available on a first come first serve basis.
