The first friendly face you'll see at Banks is often Alivia, our Lead Receptionist. She provides a warm welcome to our guests while also managing our essential team of swap drivers. Modesto, a more recent addition to the Banks team, is a seasoned professional with varied experience in the automotive industry. He excels at building strong relationships with his customers, and his fluency in both English and Spanish allows him to provide exceptional service to a broad clientele. Many of our customers will recognize one of our sales managers, Brennan. He began his career with the Banks team in our service department right after high school. His dedication and skill soon led to a position on the sales floor, and he has most recently advanced to the role of sales manager. We love seeing dedicated employees like Brennan be recognized for their great work and advance within the company.

Chris has been an integral part of the Banks team for decades and is currently leading our extensive parts department and its large staff. He skillfully manages all aspects of the department, from organizing complex, large-scale logistics to stepping in to support any area that needs help.
